413 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 413 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all rules set out in this document.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 413 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the 413 platform. Continued use of this platform following any published amendments to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. Users who are below the minimum age required by Malaysian law are not permitted to register or use the 413 platform.

Account Creation & Security

Registration & User Information

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 413 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 413 support team immediately. The 413 platform will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login information.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the 413 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or operate the platform.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or falsification in any transaction or gaming activity.
  • Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
  • Carrying out any activity that may compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the 413 platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination without compensation, and 413 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

Payment & Transaction Information

Currency & Payment Methods

All transactions on the 413 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via available payment methods, including local bank transfers through FPX and other approved methods. You are responsible for ensuring that the bank account used belongs to you and that the account name matches your registration details on the 413 platform.

Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedure. 413 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms. Withdrawal processing times are subject to internal verification and the relevant banking processes. All transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except under circumstances agreed to by 413.

Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit limits, maximum deposit limits, and withdrawal limits are subject to 413's current policies and may change from time to time. The latest information on these limits is available in the user account section after logging in to the platform.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Platform Liability Limits

The 413 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 413 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or unauthorised third-party access. 413's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount paid by that user to the platform in the thirty days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 413 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials, is the exclusive property of 413 or its relevant licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 413.

Third-Party Links

The 413 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. These links are provided for informational convenience only, and 413 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Closure, Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

413 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at 413's absolute discretion. Users may also request the closure of their own account by contacting our support team via email at [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the established withdrawal procedure, subject to any necessary investigation.

Amendments to Terms

413 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under Malaysian jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
